Idling Action to reduce pollution

As we heard at our February Public Forum, Bristol City Council are leading a vehicle Idling Action camapaign to help reduce air pollution which is causing an estimated 300 deaths in Bristol each year.

The campaign is asking drivers to turn their engines off when stopped to help improve air quality citywide, but especially around air pollution and idling hotspots, such as schools and hospitals.
