A new railway station at Ashley Down, on the line between Temple Meads and Filton, is due to be built in the next 3-4 years as part of MetroWest Phase 2.
There is a pending consultation on the proposed public access to the station which intersects with the Concorde Way shared use route. Paths to the station entrance will be realigned and the gradient reduced to ensure the station is fully accessible to all users.
To give your views about the proposed design improvements and changes to support access to the station, complete the online survey (Have Your Say) at the above website. The survey closes on 1 November.
Bristol City Council Transport Engagement team are offering short 30mins pre-booked tours of the proposed landscape design improvements for groups of up to 5 people. Book your place here.
