Bristol City Council are consulting on options for the level of Council Tax increase next year (from April 2021-March 2022) to help cover some of the existing and emerging financial pressures the council faces in delivering services.
The options range from making no change to a 3% increase in the amount we pay for general council services plus a further option to add up to 2% more towards the cost of adult social care.
The Budget Consultation 2021-22 sets out how the Council is funded and what money it spends. It then asks what level of tax should be set for 2021-22. The consultation closes on 28 December 2020.
