In the last two weeks of October, we asked our newsletter subscribers and Facebook followers to take part in an online survey to find out what they would like to see at our public forum meetings. 51 people responded to the survey, most of whom had previously attended one of the meetings. 45% of responses were from the Bishopston & Ashley Down area.
The main conclusions were as follows:
- Slightly more people preferred to attend a meeting online via Zoom (39%) than in-person (31%), the remainder didn’t mind which.
- All of our regular agenda items for the meetings were of interest to more than half of respondents. The most popular agenda item (86%) being a discussion on a topic of local concern.
- The most popular discussion topics were: Travel and roads (76%), followed by Parking, Planning and Bins (each 67%).
